 When I open Help > Tor Browser Health Report or about:healthreport in Tor
 Browser 5.0a4 on OS X 10.10, I see a toggle saying "Data Sharing ON" in
 the top right corner.
 I can't change that toggle to off.

 Is data really being shared? With who?
 If not, can we remove this page entirely? It doesn't seem to work under
 the medium-high security level anyway.
