Comment:

 We have a problem with the responseEnd attribute which is not returning 0.

 It seems to be caused by this commit:
 https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/9b0c94f564f3#l11.43

 The call to nsContentUtils::IsPerformanceTimingEnabled() has been removed
 in nsPerformanceTiming::ResponseEndHighRes().
