 From the tech report:

 > The first statistic is the number of cells on rendezvous circuits
 observed by a rendezvous point, and the second is the number of unique
 .onion addresses observed by a hidden-service directory.

 As long as appropriate noise is added, I don't much object to having these
 two on-by-default.  They seem quite harmless.  Was there a counterargument
 I was supposed to remember? :)
