 Branch: autodetect-chutney-path
 Repository: https://github.com/teor2345/tor.git
 Changes:
  * Modify src/test/test-network.sh to check if chutney is next to
 $TOR_DIR. If it exists, use that path for CHUTNEY_PATH.
  * Modify Makefile.am to check if chutney is next to $(top_srcdir). If the
 directory and executable exist, print an informative message, and assume
 src/test/test-network.sh will use that directory as CHUTNEY_PATH.
