 * status:  assigned => needs_review


Comment:

 The configuration is now configurable at runtime, except for the scheduler
 properties.

 Changing task scheduling is tricky for several reasons:
 * the scheduler would need to keep track of all tasks and initial
 properties and
 * find out about the single changes in the latter
 * it should only make adjustments , when the task(s) to be changed are not
 running
 Can all be done, but seems out of scope here.
