The configuration steps to get tor running on an ipv6 only host is not
clearly documented anywhere official.
FAQ - How do I use Tor from an IPv6 only host/computer?
Answer - You'll need to be using Tor version 0.2.8.x or newer and add the
following two entries into your torrc.
ClientUseIPv4 0
ClientUseIPv6 1
In the torrc man page, the ClientUseIPv6 section can have this one line
appended.
For IPv6 only hosts, you need to set ClientUseIPv4 to 0 to disable IPv4.
Thanks mutantmonkeey and gamambel on #tor for the solution and access to
trac! :-)
