 * resolution:   => duplicate


Comment:

 FWIW: Setting the `security.sandbox.content.level` level to `2` (which
 "solved" #26381) "fixes" this problem, too. As soon as I set it again to
 `3` and above the reload cycle is happening again. Duping this over to
 #26381.
