 I've talked to toralf on IRC and confirmed this was caused by the fix for
 #25440. My fix consists in using both the sandbox rule for openat before
 the #25440 fix and the rule after the fix. toralf tested on his system and
 it worked and I tested on mine (which was previously affected by #25440)
 and it worked too.
