 Actually, I have that back to front, sorry
 - RFP returns "unknown", which is one of the values in the spec
 https://wicg.github.io/netinfo/
 - disabling the API returns "undefined"

 Which is to be expected. The point was that you'll need to evaluate/revert
 past pref flipping
