I don't think this is urgent and I don't want to push it on anybody of
course.

I see no actual activity on the [https://github.com/ricochet-
im/ricochet/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+sort%3Aupdated-desc 148
tickets], [https://github.com/ricochet-
im/ricochet/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is%3Aopen+sort%3Aupdated-desc PRs] do not get
merged (maybe their quality is too low, but it is not in the comments).
There was a [https://github.com/ricochet-
im/ricochet/pull/580#issuecomment-392801245 statement in May] that there
are active developers but the [https://github.com/ricochet-
im/ricochet/commits/master last commit] was a year ago. Only
[https://github.com/ricochet-im/ricochet/network activity in branches] is
a port to go (see https://cwtch.im).
[[doc/TorifyHOWTO/InstantMessaging#Ricochet|"Development stalled in
November 2016, though it has been relatively stable in the time since."]]
is a good summary in my eyes.
But my impression could be wrong.
