 Isa and I are working on ways to help me delegate things successfully.
 We're starting by creating an email alias that will go to Isa, Pili, and
 Gaba (and me I guess), which I will cc when I try to delegate things to
 folks. This way we'll see what the categories of topics are, and once we
 have some actual data points we can build an even better plan for helping
 me delegate things.
