 Okay then, here is my advise for Tor project.


 1. Add checkbox "Block Connection to the Cloudflare IP ranges" to the
 about:preferences#privacy so the user can decide.

 2. Add Cloudflare icon next to the padlock if the website is behind
 Cloudflare.
