 I think we only need this for 60esr, but I still must test an aarch64
 68esr build. I know ion was buggy on aarch64 before 68 (see
 https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/ARM64), and ion is currently enabled in
 the Fennec 68 release on aarch64 - but I'll confirm enabling ion with
 68esr (#31010) doesn't crash, too.
