#31542: Cannot connect to IPv6 addresses using Tor SOCKS

Comment (by sega01):
There were a ton of logs going on even without trying to generate
activity, maybe from other connections (although I didn't think I had
anything using it). I think most of those logs had nothing to do with this
issue (and it was also connecting over Tor already, so that may be partly
why).
The issue with part-time IPv6 working (one in 20%) is with DNS. With the
TransPort/iptables setup, IPv6 basically works 100% of the time for me.
But I get maybe 20% of DNS to IPv6 only requests to go through.
I did about 10 with PreferIPv6 and IPv6Traffic on. None of them worked.
If I hit an IPv6 only hostname, it will work maybe 20% of the time. So
IPv6 isn't totally broken, even over SOCKS.
