 In #31552, I diagnosed a bug that only appears in two circumstances:
    * on Android with LTO and --disable-module-dirauth
    * elsewhere with -O0 and --disable-module-dirauth

 Is it worthwhile adding a CI case for this, perhaps on a cron job?
