 Actually, I move (not copy and paste) the FAQ questions from trac to
 faq.wml when I have time to do so.  If the trac faq is wrong, it's a
 globally editable doc, please fix it.  The trac links are wrong
 altogether.  We let trac automatically link the questions, but then
 everyone wanted the old links to work.  And trac seems to parse the
 bracket/pound in odd ways, so sometimes the long form works, other times
 not.

 The real answer is to migrate the questions over to faq.wml and remove
 them from trac.
