Comment:

 I'm setting this bug back to 'blocker' because of the
 [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Browser.cache.offline.enable
 browser.cache.offline.enable] issue.  That preference alone is a major
 disaster, since it allows web sites to write 'offline data' to TBB users'
 disks.
