 Based on a stack trace ([http://pastebin.com/gYBTEXgQ]), my katmagic-
 segfault-2011-12-01-01 branch fixes a crasher bug triggered every time Tor
 starts with a hidden service configured.  (The other piece of code that
 uses `accepted_intro_rsa_parts` initializes it if it's NULL.)
