 I just found this project, called PaleMoon [1], and it seems Erin (and/or
 Mike) might be able to use some build settings [2] for TorBrowser builds
 for Windows. The PaleMoon project is Firefox re-branded and optimized for
 Windows OS, in terms of speed, etc.

 I have not built my own Firefox from source, since the non-branded Firefox
 was called IceWeasel. However, when I did compile my own Firefox I would
 use optimization settings and they really made a big difference in
 performance.
