Comment(by arma):

 I believe https://www.torproject.org/projects/obfsproxy-debian-
 instructions might be what you're after, assuming you mean to set up
 obfsproxy as a bridge (rather than a client).

 I'm still unclear on whether Ubuntu enables a Tor apparmor profile by
 default.
