Comment:

 This ticket is blocking deployment of the pyonionoo front-end, which is
 blocking extensions of the RESTful API (e.g., #5249, #5255, #6283, #6509).
 Raising priority to major.  I'm starting to write tests for Onionoo now
 which we can then integrate into pyonionoo's testing framework once it
 materializes.
