Comment:

 New suggestion: let's just remove the "learn more" button.  We can always
 add better content later, but while we wait for that content to
 materialize, we should remove the confusing element from the start page.

 Setting to needs_review, even though there is no branch.  The fix is
 trivial, it's just the idea that needs input.
