 Oh, and if this is a more work intensive change (as I would expect) I'm
 not sad if you treat it as INVALID.

 I feared that Tor would bootstrap and the warning would make ppl close
 Tor, change the config and restart Tor which would bootstrap again, but if
 the ppl are told to change the config from within Vidalia (if required at
 all) this would not be the case.
