#7168 aims at making Torperf results more realistic, because web pages are
rather 320KB on average and contain multiple components, so our Torperf
 results are artificial.

I just realized we can already fix the first shortcoming. As of April
2012, Torperf includes timestamps of completed deciles of expected bytes
in its results. So, if Torperf expects to download 1 MiB, it stores
timestamps when it receives 100 KiB, 200 KiB, 300 KiB (which may be useful
here), 400 KiB, ..., 900 KiB, and 1 MiB. We can easily compare these
timestamps to the start timestamp and learn how long it would have taken
to download just that number of bytes.

I quickly graphed the 2012 Torperf results including overall completing
times and decile completion times. If this graph is useful, we can extend
the Torperf graphs on the website by replacing the "File size" option with
a dropdown of all byte numbers shown in that graph.
