 The already-moved entries have a variety of typos and html errors in them.
 I've been meaning to go through and clean them up but I haven't found
 time. I mostly do it when I notice something's wrong in a faq entry I
 point somebody at. That would be a fine task for somebody else.

 As for whether we want to move any more, I think the answer is yes but I
 don't know what Matt's plan was.
