Here are two builds identical on every platform. They are made from
ca4b110a02d4b8a243698e745871baea62dc1f73.

The shasum for the windows bundles doesn't match the one I said in
comment:27, because I had cleverly changed a commit message after
generating that hash.
I'm now testing to see if building pluggable transports as GUI
applications will cause them not to show console windows.
