 I edited the server so that it starts the chain using a generic loop that
 doesn't have obfs3 and websocket hardcoded, and added a
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/pluggable-transports/obfs-
 flash.git/blob/826e705c1302e750f8850d181a489e3c3fdb32dd:/obfs-flash-
 server.go#l408 getConfiguration function] that acts as though it had read
 the configuration file from the description. Adding a real config file
 parser is all it takes to turn the obfs-flash server into a
 [comment:10:ticket:9743 fog] server.
