Comment:

 In order to implement this, one should look at the
 `bridgedb.Dist.uniformMap()` function and either write a new function
 based on it, or write some sort of wrapper/decorator for it, which adds a
 timestamp (truncated to whatever interval is decided upon) to the client's
 IP address (the IP address's last quad should probably still be truncated)
