 Right now, we have $5 set as the default. Mostly, this is based on $5
 being common in app stores (such as google play, apple app store, amazon
 app store) conditioning users to spend $5 for an app. Other studies say
 optimal price is $1.99.

 The only way to truly learn the optimal price ($ donated vs. downloads) is
 to experiment.
