 I think we should revisit this and change the current template, which is
 pretty basic (it doesn't even have signature verification message). What
 do you think about adding the instructions for use (install), signature
 verification, and use of bridges and pluggable transports as attachments?
 This way the user would receive a short email with three attachments.
 Other idea that comes to mind is add a message like this: "If you don't
 trust the cloud service, then you *must* check the integrity of Tor
 Browser after you have downloaded it". I'll add a template idea later
 tonight.
