Ok. How would you care to proceed? As I see it we have three options...
1. Have system_resolvers() report that no resolvers are available on
Gentoo. Advantage is that tests pass, but disadvantage is that it's wrong
if you're running as root or without grsec.
2. Have system_resolvers() treat Gentoo like any other Linux distro as we
did earlier. Tests will fail if run under grsecurity.
3. Change our check to be 'if running under grsecurity and we're not
root'. This is the best solution but requires us to have a good method for
checking 'are we running with grsecurity?'.
