Comment:

 Yes, this is intentional and also described on the page you're linking.
 It's one of the many things I'd want to re-enable, but it's rather low
 priority.

 The bubble graphs are using Onionoo data and hence not affected.

 There's already a ticket to remind us of re-enabling relays-by-country
 data and putting back that graph on the Metrics website, #8127, which is
 why I'm closing this ticket as duplicate.  Thanks for reporting anyway.
