 We're using Apache's disk caching for Onionoo, so that we don't have to
 process the same request over and over.  The following is part of
 Onionoo's Apache config:

 {{{
         <IfModule mod_disk_cache.c>
                 CacheEnable disk /
         </IfModule>
 }}}

 But it seems the disk_cache module is not enabled.  Can you check and
 enable that, please?  Thanks in advance!
