Comment:

 tor (0.2.7.6-1) unstable; urgency=high

   * New upstream version.
     - Actually look at the Guard flag when selecting a new directory
       guard.
   * Actually install tor-instance-create.8 manpage.
   * Change the apparmor profile tor allow Tor to access the systemd
     notification socket.  Thanks for regar42.  Closes Tor#17693.
   * tor-instance-create: Do systemctl daemon-reload *after* writing the
     new torrc.
