 For reference, here's the text of a basic trademark complaint for name and
 logo misuse. Please contact me (wseltzer@torproject) if you see a likely
 infringement, and do not file such issues in trac.

 The Tor Project, Inc. has a U.S. trademark registration, Registration
 Number 3,465,432, for the mark "Tor" for computer software for anonymous
 Internet browsing. The Tor Onion Logo is U.S. Trademark Registration
 Number 3,465,433.

 Further, The Tor Project, Inc. has common law usage rights in the U.S. and
 other jurisdictions, based on the software produced and distributed at
 https://www.torproject.org/

 The app calling itself [appname] and using the Tor Onion Logo is not
 produced or authorized by The Tor Project, Inc., and is likely to cause
 consumer confusion about the source and qualities of the app.
