 The "manual redirect" on https://globe.torproject.org/ has been in place
 for a couple of weeks now, and it says "This page will be removed November
 30, 2016."  Time to remove that page.

 Please remove that static page and DNS entry at any time.  Thanks for
 keeping it in place until now.
