 Before that the attached patch for metrics-base needs to be applied.

 Test steps:
 clone using `--recursive`; if checkout happened without that use
 `src/main/resources/bootstrap-development.sh`.

 metrics-web and exonerator are not included yet, b/c those are not yet
 released and quite different.
