 I assume "Safe Mode"  in the context of Tor Browser is basically totally
 broken (along with "Reset Firefox"), I just disabled the automatic prompt
 by setting a pref so that hopefully, it doesn't get into a totally messed
 up state when it gets killed.

 This will hopefully make it ok to kill the firefox process with extreme
 prejudice and will stop the rare safemode prompts I see when testing.
