 Currently it is not possible, without direct entry of the URL, to access
 an aggregation of the entire network by country code *and* AS.

 The following changes will fix this:

 * Allow for empty queries to be interpreted as an aggregation of the
 entire network
 * Add an aggregation property drop down to the advanced search form
 * Add an aggregation property drop down to the aggregated search form
