 Hi, thanks for reporting this. I'm actually aware of this situation and
 I've tried to update the Tor Browser version since 7.0.7 with no success.
 First due to the unix-systems release only, and after that due to some
 weird behavior of python-gnupg. Truth is I don't do programming these
 days, so I haven't look at this in detail.
