 Hello,

 We'd like to create frontdesk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, with myself and Alison
 as list administrators. This list should be closed for registration /
 invite-only.

 Once this is set up, we'd like to redirect frontdesk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx to the
 mailing list, instead of RT.
