Here we may confuse two different things. There are some big outputs which
are not lists of fingerprint-indexed small outputs. For example, an output
of the command `GETINFO dir/status-vote/current/consensus` has some header
and footer which are general for the whole list. Should such headers and
footers be printed together with fingerprint lists for these types of
commands?
