 You can have a look at my script in `test_headers`, with PR at
 https://github.com/torproject/tor/pull/1616 .  It probably needs
 significant work before it could be used in production, and (as noted)
 we'd need to clean up a ''lot'' of headers before we could make it a part
 of `make check`.
