 I think removing this sentence from the faq is a fine plan. It doesn't
 really add anything, and it is sure confusing.

 (I think we need to do a more comprehensive revision of the faq too, since
 it has accumulated text over 10+ years without any big-picture assessments
 of its content. But that's a separate topic.)

 I think we should leave the 2019 website archive (i.e. 2019.www.tpo)
 alone, since it is a snapshot of the past and we're not trying to maintain
 the past.
