 Thanks for the suggestion! Would you like to give it a try and make a
 patch for it? May be another possible solution would be to add a

 {{{
 while(canReadLine()) {
    // read the remaining stdout lines
 }
 }}}

 before actually closing the channel.

 In case you want to give this a try, please make sure you can reproduce
 the issue. It's kind of tricky, I wasn't really able to reproduce it.
