 "HTTPS Everywhere and maybe extensions.torbutton.redir_url.4 is messing
 with scroogle.org which is inaccessible with TBB. Disabling only the
 related rule is not enough, only fully disabling the extension and
 deleting the torbutton value in about:config seems to fix it."

 http://www.scroogle.org/ times out in TBB.

 Disable https everywhere and it suddenly loads again.
