And if we don't want to lose backwards-compatibility (even though many
people who currently use it, are probably using it wrongly), we can:
a) Keep the old name, `HTTPProxy`, and log an LOG_WARN.
b) Rename it, but log a LOG_WARN, explaining the situation, before dying,
when a user attempts to still use `HTTPProxy`.
