 It's basically
 https://gitorious.org/obfsproxy/obfsproxy/commit/a7e263494eaddae7523615a2b7efca51b0cc2d49?format=patch
 on top of Nick's branch.

 It seems like `error_or_eof` might have been a bit sloppy when re-
 assigning bufferevent callbacks.
