Comment:

 Done. GetTor doesn't serve split bundles anymore as of now. I'll keep the
 split package  code in there though in case we change our mind in a little
 while. I removed the split package help suggestion from the initial help
 text we send to the users so they don't get confused.

 Runa: Do we need to adapt the user manual we send out with our packages?
