 I removed the split-bundle-part from the English user manual, re-created
 the .pot file and uploaded it to Transifex. Turns out that the previous
 .pot file was formatted a bit differently. Transifex got upset and deleted
 strings that had actually been translated.

 We already have the translated strings in git and in /dist, so I just need
 to sit down and move them back over to Transifex.
